Galvanised steel sheet, thin steel sheet dipped into a molten zinc bath to attach a thin layer of zinc to the surface. It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanising process, whereby rolled steel sheets are continuously dipped into molten zinc baths to make galvanised steel sheets. This type of steel plate is also made by hot-dip plating, but it is heated to about 500°C immediately after leaving the tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanised steel has good paint adhesion and weldability.

Zinc blooms are formed during the hot-dip galvanising process. The size, brightness and surface of the zinc bloom depend mainly on the composition of the zinc layer and the cooling method. Depending on their size, zinc blooms include small zinc blooms, regular zinc blooms, large zinc blooms and free zinc blooms. They look different, but zinc flowers hardly affect the quality of galvanised steel. You can choose according to your preference and purpose.

Galvanising is the primary method of protecting metals from environmental factors that can lead to corrosion, rusting and ultimately weakening of steel. Hot dip galvanising deposits a thick, strong layer of zinc-iron alloy on the surface of steel products. When exposed to air, pure zinc reacts with oxygen to form zinc oxide, which further reacts with carbon dioxide to form zinc carbonate.
