At the same time, the raw materials meet the highest domestic raw material standards and can fully match the international Japanese standards, American standards, German standards, etc. The specifications, materials, etc. are guaranteed from the raw material side. After the raw materials arrive at the factory, we will Each raw material roll undergoes a "physical examination" through detailed testing to ensure that each roll meets the standards.

In addition, zinc ingots and paint are also very important raw materials for galvanized and color-coated products. For zinc ingots, we use materials with a zinc content of 99.99%. The high zinc content can ensure the maximum quality of galvanized products. As for paint, according to customer requirements, we will choose paint brands with the best quality at home and abroad, such as Nippon Paint, AkzoNobel Paint, Baker Paint, Winter, Xinerqi Paint, etc. High-quality paint can improve the quality of the paint. The surface adhesion, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, etc. of the plated steel coil greatly extend the service life of the product.

The galvanizing and color-coating production line operates at full speed with a daily output of about 400 tons, and the monthly output of one line is about 12,000 tons. Our company's production line is very complete, covering main products such as galvanizing, galvalume, color coating, corrugated board, etc., which can fully meet customers' delivery requirements and ensure on-time delivery with guaranteed quality and quantity.

Packaging System

Good packaging can ensure the safety and stability of goods during transportation. Packaging begins immediately after the steel coils are rolled off the production line.

In order to ensure the safety of packaging, we use sea iron sheet metal packaging. The first layer is kraft paper, which will prevent dust from entering, and the second layer in the middle is plastic film, which effectively prevents water vapor from affecting the steel plate. The third layer is galvanized steel for final protection. At the same time, we are equipped with side guards and iron corner guards, galvanized straps and steel buckles to stabilize the packaging.

There will be no problem at all for this kind of packaging to be transported by sea for 2-3 months. When the customer receives the product, it will still be in intact condition, without breakage or deformation.

After Sales System
