The difference between large and small zinc flowers of galvanized steel sheet
Normal zinc flowers (small zinc flowers, large zinc flowers, no zinc flowers) hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is a coating with obvious zinc flower morphology formed by the free growth of zinc grains after hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is hot-dip galvanized under the condition of antimony or lead in zinc liquid. Normal hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is mainly used in the form of exposure. The zinc flower galvanized sheet and the zinc flower galvanized sheet are only different in appearance, but not in quality
Therefore, the uses of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with small zinc flowers, large zinc flowers, and no zinc flowers are the same.
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet without zinc flowers
Adding zinc flower promoting elements to the zinc liquid, no zinc flowers are formed when the zinc layer solidifies, the grains are very fine, smooth and flat, so it is called a zinc flower-free product. It has excellent corrosion resistance and good coating performance.
2. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with large zinc flowers
Adding zinc flower promoting elements to the zinc liquid, beautiful zinc flowers are formed when the coating solidifies. In the early stage of use, the appearance performance is good, but the grains are coarse and there are slight unevenness.
3. Small zinc flower hot-dip galvanized steel plate
There is no strict definition of small zinc flower products. Generally, products with smaller zinc flowers are called small zinc flower products. Small zinc flower products are made of the same ingredients as large zinc flower products. In order to overcome the shortcomings of poor coating performance of large zinc flower products, various methods are used during cooling to inhibit the growth of zinc flowers, and it is best to form zinc flowers with very small diameters. Since it does not have a mirror-like smooth surface like large zinc flowers, nor is it as smooth as non-zinc flower products, it has good coating performance.
