1000 Series

Series 1000 aluminium coils are also known as pure aluminium coils. The 1000 series has the highest aluminum content of all series, with a purity of over 99.9%.

2000 Series

Representing 2A16 (LY16) 2A06 (LY6), the 2000 series aluminium coils are characterised by their high hardness, with the highest copper content, and belong to the aerospace aluminium category.

3000 Series

Representative 3003 3004 3104 3105 3A21 based. China's 3000 series aluminium coil production process is more excellent. The main ingredient is manganese. A series with better anti-rust function. Commonly used in air conditioners, refrigerators, under the car and other humid environments.

4000 Series

Aluminum coils represented by the 4000 series have a higher silicon content, usually between 4.5-6.0%. They are used as construction/forging/welding materials and mechanical parts, have a low melting point and good corrosion resistance.

5000 series

Representative series include 5052.5005.5083.5182.5A05, etc. 5000 series aluminum coil is a commonly used alloy aluminum coil, the main element is magnesium, the content is between 3-5%. It can also be called aluminum-magnesium alloy.

6000 Series

The 6061 material mainly contains magnesium and silicon, and concentrates the advantages of the 4000/5000 series. 6061 is a cold worked aluminium forging product for applications requiring high corrosion and oxidation resistance.

7000 Series

Generation 7075 contains mainly zinc. It also belongs to the aerospace series and is an aluminium-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy, a heat treatable alloy and a super hard aluminium alloy with good wear resistance.

Stable delivery

If the product is in stock, it can be shipped in about 7-10 days after receiving the deposit. If the products are customised, about 20-25 days for 100 tonnes, 40-50 days for more than 100 tonnes within 300 tonnes, 60 days for more than 300 tonnes.

Product packaging materials are selected to protect the product

Standard seaworthy export packaging: three-layer packaging, kraft paper inside, water-plastic film in the middle, and GI steel plate outside, with a locking steel band on it.
